SHIPPING POLICY OF Sikkhar Exim LLP
Sikkhar Exim LLP cannot commit any time fixed for delivery. The delivery of our products will be made between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm of the date. It may get delayed on certain days due to extreme weather conditions or governmental regulatory activities.
Currently the products will be delivered for addresses in India only. .
Orders will be booked for at least third business day delivery.
While placing the order the customer shall provide the following details.
- Name of the recipient
- Flat number/bungalow number
- Name of the building
- Name of the road/street/marg
- Contact number landline/mobile
- Proper/familiar land mark
- Email address
After the payment is processed for the order, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. The delivery will be made on the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing the order. The consignment will not be redirected/redelivered to any other address under any circumstances once the order has been placed.
No Deliveries will be made on days the courier company does not operate..
The delivery agent/courier company will attempt delivery of the products once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer will have to coordinate with the courier company for reattempt of delivery and if the customer fails to do so, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery attempt will be made.
Sikkhar Exim LLP will consider the order as “executed” in the following cases :
- Delivery not done due to wrong address given by the customers
- Wrong phone number or phone not working or switched off or not reachable, when tried by the delivery agent of RBPL
- Addressee refused to accept the products.
- Delivered the product at the security cabin of the building/Reception/Neighbor, based on the instructions from the customer.
- In case of civil disturbances, floods, Heavy Rains, National Bandh or in happening any other force majeure event, we reserve the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery to another date.

Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s). Your contract is with us (the Company) and you confirm that the product(s) ordered by you are purchased for your internal / personal purpose and not for re-sale.
Please note that we sell products only in quantities which correspond to the typical needs of an average household. This applies both to the number of products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for the same product where the individual orders comprise a quantity typical for a normal household.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at www.epiphanysnacks.com. Purchases made from online store of www.epiphanysnacks.com cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone. The buyer needs to email us the picture of the incorrect/damaged product and if required for further inspection need to courier the product back to us and the courier charges will be refunded on actual basis. In case of the return of the material due to any of the above reason, you will have to arrange to return the material by courier / transport. We will only reimburse the paid courier / transport cost mentioned in the carriers receipt.

The product to be returned must reach our Business address within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of delivery to you.
The Epiphany snacks team retains the right to examine whether the returned product is defective and/or damaged. In case the returned product is not defective or damaged, the customer will be informed about the same and the product as received will be returned to the shipping address of the customer.
In case the returned product is eligible for a replacement, Epiphany snacks team will send the replacement to the same shipping address of the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
